If you are cookbook maniac just as I am, you probably have heard about the book Persiana from the author Sabrina Ghayour? This is her second book that recently was published in Dutch. From the book I have chosen a Persian stew with quince and saffron. In the book its made with lamb but I decided to make it with celeriac instead.
Condiments: make your own vinegar, harissa and hot sauce was released in Sweden in 2015, but just recently it appeared here in Holland translated and today I have the pleasure to review the book. I also have chosen a super recipe. So simple yet so incredibly useful; your own homemade dehydrated veggie bouillon!

The summer is the prime time for BBQ! Julius Jaspers, a well-known chef in the Netherlands knows that. He, a big enthusiast for barbecuing, have in the book BBQ bijbel collected al his knowledge about the subject. And I must say, it really covers everything!

I really like beans and lentils! And so does the Dutch author Joke Boon. She even wrote a complete book about al different kinds of beans and lentils, Bonen! (in english Beans!). She also thought of the magnificent chickpea cake that you get as a recipe of in this post. Oh do try it!
It’s time for another Swedish cooking book! This time I have chosen a book written by a Swedish famous chef Tareq Taylor; Mat som gör gott (in translation Food that do good). its al about food that makes you feel good, strong, vibrant and healthy. It was of course a must for me to read this one!
