Since a few weeks I have been, like many more in this season, struggling with a cold, fever and just in general a feeling of being ill. I’m now REALLY fed up with it, this has to stop NOW! A soothing smoothie fits me perfect! I want to go to my workout’s and feel the power in my muscles. I want to sleep al night long and wake up before my alarm goes off. I want to be able to taste my strong coffee and breathe the smell of wet autumn leaves. These are the moments when I go back to raw food for a short while. Cuddling and curling with my own body. Asking (and begging in disguise) for fast recovery. Giving it some extra vitamin C, a blanket and warm socks. And drink more smoothies.
