Hello new season! The snow is almost gone, the sun Hello new season! The snow is almost gone, the sun is shining and the birds are singing in the sky.
We are opening our hotel today for 2021 and we so look forward to meet you lovely guests again 💚
For hotel- and conference guests I cook my green three course menu, prepare picknick and bake cakes for the coffee (if pre booked). 
The restaurant and café for the rest will open later in the spring.

This must be one of my most slow made lunches I ev This must be one of my most slow made lunches I ever made 😂 Dosa made from 48 hours fermented rice and red lentils combined with confited jackfruit, homemade chutney, pickles red pepper and greens. I know I should eat slowly and treasure it but it’s impossible when something is so good🤗 Crunch, sweet, fat, sour, spicy and everything I love to eat.

How coincides happens❤️ At least something great came out of that Covid-19... Now I’m busy cooking lots of greens on the Green Egg and it’s so much fun! Smoking, bbq, slow cooking, indirect cooking and much more.

- Med inspiration från vackra Asien:
Fylld misosoppa på svensk tång toppad med cashew-furikake och misoflarn 

- Med inspiration från goda Mellanöstern:
Tabbuleh och rostad aubergine med citronkräm, kryddiga kålrullar, muhammara med valnötter och granatäpple, inlagda salta citroner, sås på tahini och apelsingremolata.

- Med inspiration från läckra Frankrike:
Chokladmousse med kompott på clementin och passionsfrukt, fermenterade vinbär och vit choklad-krisp med bovete


Pris per person 460 kr.
Går att beställa från 1 person och uppåt.
Upphämtning mellan den 11-14 februari. Avtala tid i förväg. Vi försöker sprida ut er så inga ”folksamlingar” skapas.
Betalning gör du med Swish vid bokning.
Boka din Valentine-catering senast 3 dagar innan hämtning. 

All mat är vegansk och är alltså utan mjölkprodukter, ägg, fisk och kött. 
All mat är naturligt glutenfri (och alltså även utan vetestärkelse), dock förekommer gluten i lokalerna. Brödet kan fås med eller utan gluten (uppge vid beställningen!).
Allergener; I några delar av rätterna finns ekologisk svensk soja, cashew, valnötter, senap och paprika. Meddela aktuella allergier när du lägger din beställning.
Menyn är endast för avhämtning. Restaurangen är i övrigt stängd.
