A few days ago I heard an interesting feature on the radio our about our everyday food. It can be such a tricky thing! But maybe my vegan roasted walnut sauce with pasta could work?
Bread. With a hearty crust and air bubbles. Toasted, crunchy and infinitely good. Mmmm. Today there will be crunchy chia-walnut bread for breakfast, lunch and the dinner with soup.
For some time I have looked for and longing for nut bread. That was until I decided to redeem myself from my longings and bake my very own nut bread. Filled with fine nuts and seeds. Lovely chewy and tasty with a slice of cheese or maybe some jam.
Sometimes the best dinners are the ones that starts up with absolutely no plan what so ever. Like these vegan “meatballs” with sage, ovenbaked eggplant and salsa brava. So rich in taste!
