I regularly do workshops about green food on locations in Sweden and the Netherlands. I do this for different target groups, from passionate homechefs to professional chefs in restaurants.
Every now and then, I also do sessions with focus on a certain ingredient or how to cook great food for someone having an allergy such as gluten and/or lactose.
In addition, I occasionally participate in food festivals with a lecture or workshop. This year, I also make a few workshops with food styling for amateur foodies active on Instagram.
